What if I want changes to my site after the initial design is completed?
Additional services provided after the initial design has been completed will be billed on an hourly or project basis.
How long am I bound to a contract with you?
Our contracts are either 12 months or 24 months long, depending on which payment level works best for you.
What if I want out early?
You can exit the contract at any point by paying all of the remaining payments on the contract with a 15% discount applied.
What if I want to pay for my project up front?
You can pay for the service up front by taking the total of a one-year contract and applying a 15% discount.
Can you give me an itemized breakdown of how much you are charging me?
No. The value of our services is in the combined benefit of integrating multiple services. We do not price these individually.
What is SEO?
SEO refers to Search Engine Optimization, which is the process of improving the volume and/or quality of traffic to a website from organic search results. Translation: it’s trying to make your website more visible in the search engines without spending money to do so.
How many new customers will I get from using your services?
That depends on a large number of factors including competition, the price and quality of your services, and the economy – to name a few. We can’t guarantee any specific results in terms of customer acquisition.
How much control do I have over the design of the site?
You have a significant amount of control over the design of your site. Our business is based on our ability to create sites that our customers like and that get results – so we are confident that you will be very satisfied with the outcome.
Will my site be built using common industry tools and practices?
Yes. The end result of working with us is that you will have a professionally designed site that is built on industry standard platforms and practices.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH.
When does billing start?
Billing will start immediately upon start of the contract and planning process.
How long will it take to get my site up and running?
That depends on a number of factors:
- Which plan you chose
- The speed with which you get us information about your company, products, and market strategies
- The speed with which you get us feedback on designs
- Our current pipeline of projects
Historically we have found that our customers usually slow the process – typically while trying to make final decisions about which designs they like best or while pulling together the copy for their site. We will do our best during the planning process to make you aware of this and encourage you to dedicate the time necessary to keep the development process moving on track.

Do you perform support on an as needed basis?
Studies show that proactive maintenance improves equipment longevity, uptime and efficiency, and provides cost savings over time. Since all of our Flat Fee service plans are based on this premise, we do not offer reactive services.

Vendor Management Services. We will manage all of your infrastructure vendors, allowing you and your staff to run your business, not your vendors. Anytime there is a problem with a device or line of business application serviced by a vendor we manage for you, it’s one call to us, and we take it from there, and work the problem to resolution with the vendor. We will even schedule any onsite visits required by the vendor, and oversee the successful remediation of the issue at hand.

So no matter what happens in my environment, I’ll never pay more than one Flat Fee per month?
Examples of items that are not covered under our Flat Fee service plans include the cost of replacement or new hardware, or shipping costs, the cost of software licensing or renewal or upgrade fees, and the cost of any third party vendor or manufacturer support or incident fees. Whenever the potential arises for additional fees outside of our Flat Fee, you will always be notified in advance for approval.
